19 weeks on Fluoxetine

hello i have been on fluoxetine for 19 weeks and 5 days now i have improved alot over these 4+ months but my mood is still very up and down i have just had a big life change and it is like i have taken so many steps back i know it can take a long time to rewire the brain but i just wanna feel normal again i was not leaving the house at all and now i am able to go for short walks but still am not ready to go back to work i will carry on with the medication but i had to really good weeks then yesterday went down hill and my mood has been up and down every since is this normal and will i ever be anle to go back to work again as havent worked in 7 years due to ill health and agoraphobia but i was told fluxoetine can help with that
