19 year old guy wetting himself

Hi I'm nineteen and over the past year I started leaking small amounts so I just bought some incontinece pads. However, now it's getting to the stage where i'll just flood without noticing until it's too late - parents don't know and I have started wearing boots stay-dry pants. It doesn't bother me wearing, I'm just worried about people finding out.

You should see a doctor to rule our kidney or bladder infection that would require antibiotics. You should not just ignore the warning signs your body is giving you. You obviously have a weak bladder for some reason and it needs to be checked out so you can have peace of mind there are no other issues.

Have you done anything different over the past year that you didn't do before. Have you been working out in the gym too much or putting pressure of some kind on your bladder and kidneys. I hope you do rule out any conditions and do not just assume this is normal and carry on. I wish you good luck with this.

Why keep it from your parents. I'm sure they would want to know. I'm suprised they don't. I could never hide my bedwetting from my folks. I would see you doctor if I were you. This is not normal at your age and there could be an underlying problem causing your incontinence. If it cannot be readily cured you should than be refered to the continence service and you will get your pads supplied on the NHS.
