1st 2nd & 3rd TMT FUSION

Hi. 

I had persimmon my mid foot on July 4th 2018 now 8 wks in plaster cast 4wks to go till I gets boot. Pain was good for 6wks but has started to ache a lot on the top of foot is this normal as it’s been as it’s been near enough pain free until now. I use crutches and also an IWALK2.0 which is brilliant as I can walk about and still use my hands to carry things.  Anybody got any ideas why it’s started to hurt again.

    Sorry not persimmon it’s ment to say ‘operation on’. 

    I’ve noticed most people have cast for around  6 weeks then a aircast boot. I’ve been in cast non weight bearing for 12 Wks and yet consultant said at 6 Week check it was healing well. Anybody know why I have been in cast so long.
