Ty for reply. I do take Lorazapem, but don't help much. I have anxieties more than I have before. Really bad nausea, sweaty hands and feet, pins and needles all over my body. Just wanna die.

Ask your doctor for diazapam or xanex they work better..they all might be benzos but they all work differently..and as far as the side effects of ssris that's just something unfortunately we have to push thru in the beginning ..what milligrams are you taking of celexa??

Hi sorry to hear your feeling so bad but these meds can make you feel worse before you start to feel better. I found the first 2 weeks the most difficult with nausea, trouble getting to sleep and heightened anxiety. I stuck with them and I'm glad I did. I'm on week 6 now and I'm feeling like myself again. Try and stay strong and don't read up to much about the sidesffects because your anxiety will make you feel like you have all of them. Good luck and keep taking the meds. You'll start to feel better soon. Paul

I’m sorry your going through that I know I did. If it wasn’t for all the wonderful people on here I would have not made it.

go for a good walk, a bike ride or anything aerobic. It does help. You just have to get through this time. What you are experiencing is normal. you may have to ask your doctor for ativan if you can't handle it (but take half doses)
I did that too from time to time.
Keeping buzy and active is the best, sitting still drove me crazy!
