Hi just started these today and the info on here has been amazing - I have worried myself sick about side affects etc -.
Hopefully will not happen if I stick to less than 5g fat and 15 g per meal .
Any info or food ideas would be welcome

Lunch is a sandwich and dinner is either baked potato or a count on us from m and s .
My fat today is 12.1 grams so think I'm on the right track !
