1st week Weigh in

Hi all I have been on the pills for 1 week and i have lost 6lbs yay!! I havent stuck to anything for years and this is the 1st big test.
For all the feeling hunger and sorry for myself is nothing compaired to the happyness i felt when I was weighed.
The one thing i have noticed as i have been keeping a food diary is i drink way to much naughty things and they have no fat in them so they dont affect the pills. so this week i am going to have to cut out the wine and fizzy drinks which is going to be hard
I drink lots of green and peppermint tea which is good its just the glasses of wine and cans of fizzy i need to leave out and water dont cut it for me, so any advice or ideas on drinks would be great please

i always have a can of sugar free fizzy pop at lunch, i find it helps fill me up now i have less

Stick with it if you can, I've got my first weigh in tommorrow and I think it's going to show that I haen't drunk enough water. I've lost (my clothes are looser) but I could have lost a lot more.

I have been drinking diet tango suger free and thats quite nice but i know i will have to know it all on the head soon on the plus side i have only had one can of coke this week a 1st for me in a long time

i do struggle tho cos got pcos so i suppose it's different for everyone - well done you! bet if you can cut back on the wine you will keep it up
maybe a vodka and diet mixer..? (i know, i love wine too, isnt the same)

I do like wine and its hard with Itailian in-laws always with a bottle open good excuss not to see them for a while though.
I am flagging tonight husband is cooking up soup for the kids and the whole house smells of yummy food and I cant have anything else today. and i have a massive head ache i think its a suger detox head ache, i so wish i could have a can of coke but i want to be slim more
