I noticed these marks just under 3 weeks ago. This is the second time I've had it (the first being about 5 years ago)!
I've got it quite bad its all over my stomach thighs, shoulders neck, chest and completely covers my back. They're sort of joining up on my back and shoulders its so severe.
Can anyone tell me if this head and shoulders worked for them? or if it made it worse? I'm scared to use it incase it makes it even worse.
I'm starting to feel all itchy and they're really red.
I just feel disgusting

Oh no - I've heard it's really rare to get it twice!
I got diagnosed with it yesterday :-( My GP thought it was just an allergic reaction to a new washing powder, but was concerned about the larger spot (which we now know is the 'herald'). She had the dermatologist come in and take a look - and he was the one to tell me. I've never heard of this before - I thought I had measles or something, and to be honest - I kinda wish I had those instead! This is horrible, and I've read that some people can have it for a year!! How long did you have it for the first time?
I had the herald patch on my shoulder about two weeks, didn't think anything of it really - thought it might just be a graze. I had a sniffly nose for a few days (not sure if that's related), and then I wake up on Sunday - and I'm covered in this rash all of a sudden! It's quite itchy in my joins, where clothes rub - and especially horrible looking underneath my boobs, and my inside elbows. I'm feeling extra tired, and have had a sore throat every morning for a while.
I bought some Head & Shoulders shampoo today actually, and will use it like shower gel tomorrow... in my 'lukewarm' bath (gawd, this sucks!). I will let you know how that goes...
Try not to itch! :-)

To be honest I feel quite horrified and I'm wondering when it's going to stop spreading. Its worse at the top of my back and on my stomach. I look really diseased or something! I've been trying the head and shoulders for 3 days now and haven't seen an improvement....but I'm going to give it much more of a chance. Some people reported not seeing an improvement using it for 3 weeks!!
I hate that there isnt a cure and that the doctors don't seem to know what they're talking about. There's loadsss of people on here who claim to have had it twice. It seems stress may be a trigger from reading the threads and it also does itch quite alot!! More than official sources claim...
Gah I hate it So scared it just won't go away

I'm not sure if it's gone because of the use of Head & Shoulders, or if my immune system has fought it off. I don't tend to get ill much, and if I do - it only lasts a couple of days.
I hope you all recover quickly too!
