?I hear that a skilled surgeon can remove fibroids and even multiple large fibroids without removing the uterus. Its is laparoscopically, but I hear not all doctors are skilled so you will have to look around and do some research. I have a large fibroid 9 cm and tons of smaller like 100 and I'm going in tomorrow to get embolization. the ob dr said that was all I could do was a hysterectomy  with the size of that fibroid but I found a radiation dr. Just do research and call around. Good luck to you.

Me too Beverly, try & find a laprascopic surgeon, in a specialist centre with Da Vinci technology if possible.
