My wife has had 2 colonoscopy's in the last month the first one stated she had 4 polyps one 25mm at the second colonoscopy 2 days ago the report says 3 polyps were removed 10mm 8mm 6mm theirs no mention of the 25mm polyp has the polyp been left inside and what do we do now
