2 complex ovarian cysts

Hi all! I have 2 complex ovarian cysts on my right ovary. They are each around 4.5 cm, give or take. One is homogenous and they believe to be hemorrhagic or an endometrioma, and the other is heterogenous, which they believe "to be of the same etiology" but they seemed a bit more concerned about because of its more solid components I guess. I am having them removed, along with a 14 cm fibroid, by robotic surgery on 2/8.

I am 36. How concerned should I be that one or both of these cysts could be cancer? Would my doctor tell me if they thought it was? I have an MRI tomorrow. I had LDH blood tests to look for "tumor markers" and all was in normal range. Any insight? I've heard 85-90% of ovarian cysts are benign, even if complex. Any reassurance or reality check would be appreciated. I am terrified. Thanks!!

I had same kind of cyst which is painful. I had to have follow ultrasounds and the cyst was gone the next month. I think cancer would look alot difforent from the hemoragic cyst. My obgyn put me on birth control so best of luck.
