2 days Diarrhea, Constipated for 5 days - What is wrong?

Hey everyone. I am getting really worried as to what is wrong with me.

I had diarrhea for 2 days, the next day I only managed to poo out 1 little blob and that was it.

It is around 4-5 days now that I cannot go at all.

I have tried stool softeners and small volume enema Microlax and it did not work at all maybe because the poop has not reached to the rectum yet.

Also Im not sure if this is related but my stomache will feel rumbly and hungry like and I have been eating the same amount but for some reason I dont feel bloated. It is like something is eating up my poo inside. Or maybe I am just tripping out lol.

I am on Methadone but the constipation would never be this long even after diarrhea. I normally will have bowel movements within 2 days.

Anyone know what is wrong and what I should do? Starting to get more worried as days go on.

    I have chronic constipation that lasts for months then heals and starts all over again. I also notice after I have mild diarrhea (very loose stool). I feel more constipated and bloated. Maybe you should eat or drink something after it???
