2 days on lexapro

just started lexapro, doc said start at 2.5mg due to my sensitivity to meds. first dose everything went smoothly, next day was very good, calm day. took 2.5 again last night, woke up at 1am with bussing/vibrations all over torso, kept up all night could not sleep through them. this morning i got some nausea, light anxiety and terrible diarrhea. is this all start up and will it pass. supposed to stay at 2.5 for week or two and then go to 5mg.

    lexapro users out there, is this normal to start on the second day of taking and how long did it take to settle down, im really looking for some help and encouragement here.
