2 lumps on my penis (phimosis, 21 years old)

A pretty long time ago (probably a few months ago) I've noticed a hard lump right under my glans, and I didn't really pay any attention to it, (btw it did not become bigger) we can say that sort of I forgot about it. About 2 weeks ago an other hard lump became visible, but this time it was on my glans. I'm really worried, that it is cancer, my urologist couldn't say anything about it, because he wasn't able to see the "problem", because of my phimosis.I've never seen my glans before, my circumcision operation will be next week, and the doctors will only be able to say anything after the operation. Sorry for my english, I'm not a native speaker, would love to hear any suggestions what my problem could be.

It's unlikely to be cancer at your age - could just be lumps of hard smegma.  Did you already try stretching or steroid creams to try to retract?  I don't know if that would work for you, but circumcision would normally be a last resort.  If surgery is required, then did your urologist suggest preputioplasty rather than circumcision?

Thanks for replying. There's no way I could stretch it more, it's very narrow, and unfortunately I've never heard about those creams you mentioned. My urologist suggested circumcision, and I think I'm going to stick with it, because I don't want more hygiene problem with my penis in the future.

If you're definitely going ahead with circumcision, then I hope it works out for you (and it may be the only way to fix the phimosis), but some men who were circumcised as adults regret it.  Personally, I'd try the alternatives first, and if circumcision is required, I'd want it to be as loose as possible.

      Which country are you in?

I'm from Budapest, Hungary. Our medical service isn't as good as it is in western europe, but at least it's free. I think my circumcision will only be partial, but I'm not sure what's required. The only thing I'm praying for, is that I don't want it to be penile cancer.

If you're only 21, it's very unlikely to be cancer.  Men with phimosis are more likely to get penile cancer*, but it doesn't normally happen till a lot later in life.  It's very rare to get it before the age of 40.

(* though circumcised men can get it too, and it may even possibly be sometimes caused by circumcision)

I can't post the link, but if you google this "NCIN Penile Cancer – Incidence by Age", you'll find this graph:

Yeah, I know that it's very rare at my age. Last year in Hungary only 90 people were diagnosed with penile cancer. From this 90 people, probably 1 but more like 0 were under the age of 30. But still, I don't want to be that 1 person. smile
