Hi all,
I have been having minor/dull ache upper back for 2 months now and nothing seems to get rid of it. Sometimes if feels like it is in one shoulder blade, moves to another at other points and then sometimes it feels lower down in the middle of my back. Does anyone have anything I could do to help it? I booked a Doctors appointment but it isn't for 3 weeks and my anxiety is making me think it's something bad.

Hey did you figure out what this was/treatment? I am dealing with the same issue for about 2 1/2 months. In physio now... think it is slowly helping. Thanks! Hope you're feeling better 😃
