2 outbreaks in a month

This is my second outbreak in the month of April. I'm currently sitting exams and so I'm really stressed and I think this is what's caused it but I'm not 100% sure. Does anyone have any tips on how I can destress or any other advice at all on how to prevent outbreaks? Would suppressive treatment be something to consider?

Antiviral treatment is something you would consider for herpes 1 or 2.

Sleep, dont use soap down below ( if you have genital herpes ) and if you are going to uss soap get perfume free, make sure you dry the area properly maybe use a hairdryer during outbreaks to decrease the chance of spreading. In the pharmacy they sell a cream im unsure of the name but it is an anesthetic cream and it works wonders it completely numbs the area the main this is dont stress eat healthy drink plenty of water and try to not wear anything when in privacy to keep air to it x

Distressing techniques could be meditation and yoga. I've used these in the past to help relax a bit and clear my mind.

Are you taking an antiviral? Since my first initial outbreak earlier this month, I've been on an antiviral to help with my outbreaks. I take a pill a day.

No I was given a 5 day course and it went away so they never gave me anything else

Oh okay. My doctor had given me the option to get a script for a heavy dose to take when I feel an OB coming on or to take one every day to lessen the frequency and possibility of transmitting the virus.
