2 red pimple looking bumps at base of penis

hi this is my first post on here, and i am in a bit of a panic. i was having unprotected sex with this girl for the past few months she said she was clean was tested everything was fine. her ex call her and said he went to doctor and had hpv. but said she was tested long enough after that there was no worry. three weeks ago i started seeing this new girl with no condom. a week ago i would guess a small red bump started to form at base of my penis. has kinda stayed the same for a while just took my pants off and theres another. not sure if its just by chance o have two pimples or should be freaking out. please help im going crazy
