2 Small white ish bumps directly below my penis head

I've had these two weird bumps for probably the last 2 weeks or so, They don't really hurt unless I directly put pressure somewhat on them. Any idea what they may be? I haven't had sex with a new partner in pretty much a month. No other symptoms . Pictures below. They are really hard to get a good picture of. Any information or thoughts would be highly appreciated!
