Can anyone help me i am having stools which are light colour may be normol then dark poo stuck together like play dough.. I am getting worried as really unsure what it means

like I said a couple of hours ago stool colour other than extreme white or tarry black usually reflects what you eat, medicines. Like Pippa says there are no red flags but its natural to worry, but listen to your doctor - they may do all the tests and never give you a definitive diagnosis. That's what is so worrying not knowing - but if they exclude everything like cancer, gall bladder etc then you are basically OK they will tell you its IBS and you just have to live with it and take measures to deal with the symptoms. The more you worry the worse the symptoms will be so try not to worry - seek help with that if needs be

i am suffering from same thing. 2 toned stool. front is regular yellow/brown color but becomes dark brown on the second half. i have moving pain in abdomen. blood test came out okay. wanted to know what came out in ur colonoscopy?
