2 weeks on 100mg after being upped from 50mg- Feeling quite bad/weird still?

Hi I've been upped from 50mg (was on 50 for at least 3 months) to 100mg, have been on 100mg for two weeks and will be going up to 150mg in two days but I feel really down? I'm kind of numb and still have obsessive thoughts- it has improved a little but not really. I also have really vivid dreams, to the point they can be confused with reality. It makes me feel a bit spacey and detached I think slightly depersonalization?? Like I keep having thoughts "am I me" Is this real" "is this my voice" and it makes me feel soooo odd and anxious. I was having that a bit before the sertraline but it seems to have worsened.

Considering my OCD theme is fear of developing schizophrenia it scares me even more as I'm convinced I'm in the prodrome and will soon lose insight sad

I also have like 0 motivation!!

Any advice or insight on this??

I’m not a doctor but probley the dose is to high,

When you mention weird thoughts and dreams  I have had the same feelings.

I’m 50mg neally three weeks and I still feel weird. I was wondering if the sleeping pill zopiclone is making it worse.

    But I couldn’t fall asleep.

Tried herbal tea, Magnisum, valiern, cherry juice, over the counter herbal tablets and still couldn’t sleep, oh and mindfulness.

Even when I took the zopiclone I still wake up three four times night.

My Gp said that’s Depreesion and Anxiety OCD.

Mind races all the time so I know how you feel and I understand fully.

Lots love God bless hope you feel better.

Thank you Blondey, yeah I have an absolute terrible fear of schizophrenia and it's so debilitating sad seems like everything is a symptom.

I think for OCD the dosage is 150mg but maybe the increase was too fast

      Thank you for your response!

Hmm, yea, maybe increasing too fast. I've had to increase by only 25mg after every several weeks.
