I had all that when I started on 50mg, and when I was upped to 100mg (was never put on 75mg). For me it lasted a week or two, then I started getting psychological symptoms but physically fine. Do you take it in the morning or night? It gave me terrible heartburn and nausea when I took it in the morning so my GP told me to gradually change to taking it at night and that's much better for me x

Sean, the shakiness and the tiredness and nausea are all normal. Give it 1-2 weeks and the side effects wouldn’t be so bad. Hang in there. Stay strong but be gentle with yourself. XX

Thanks yesterday just made 3 weeks and I feeling I guess you can say some anxiety in my stomach? But maybe I have to wait a lil longer for the 75mg to kick in

Yep, it gets worse before it gets better. Stay strong but be gentle with yourself. We are all here if you need some cheer-up.

    Hi Sean,

Hang in there, it takes a good couple of weeks for the upped dose to take affect. After week 4 things should hopefully settle down. When you start on these meds or get an upper dose, there are some side effects. It will calm down. Keep your head up.

    God bless x

Yes, whenever your dose is increased you get the side effects again until it gets in your system.  The second week seems to be when it starts

I am on my second week of the 50 and I am going through all the same symptoms...While I am not waking up with a panic attack, I feel absolutely awful.  I'm supposed to up it to 100mgs next week, I'm a bit concerned about the jump when I already feel like this.

Hopefully all of this goes away soon!

I have decided this drug is not for me. Feeling so much worse. A jump to 100 is a big one. How about 75, I feel I have given it a good try. I am much worse

    Hi Sean,

How are you doing now? I'm also considering moving up from 50mg. What was the reason for your increase?
