2 weeks waiting for an appointment please help

does this look like LS? I've been testing myself every month for the past 6 months both in person and vis testing kits everything coming back negative every time, been diagnosed with thrush, blood tests, even had an internal ultrasound but it seems to be getting worse whatever it is, the only thing i haven't been tested for is herpes as it has only recently looked like this and my next appointment is in two weeks.

I am so scared and only 21 and would love to be able to carry on a healthy sex life but this has even caused me to call into work sick from the pain alongside heavy periods all of which i had the previously mentioned tests for. I've had this manifest on my skin in the last month so i would love if someone could help just so i can move forward a little in seeking the right clinician advice

    As you mentioned that you are just 21, at this stage the vagina sometimes changes and develops more folds, so it just looks like normal vaginal creasing, weight changes also affects the skin texture and layers down there. i don't think you need to worry unless there's a significant lump or discoloration that keeps worsening
