2 wks post THD Hemmaroidectomy, pain is back. Should I be worried?

I had THD Hemaroidectomy surgery 2 weeks ago and was healing fine, but since yesterday the pain and soreness is back. I cant sit without a cushion underneath and BMs aggravate it. No bleeding or constipation. Has anyone had such a setback? I am so worried about whether the surgery has failed/have I managed to dislodge something inside because of straining. Any stories of hope would help.
