2 year old with abdominal mass

Today, I noticed for the first time a small hard lump on my 2 year olds abdomen. It is about 2cm above his belly button and about 1cm in diameter. He wasn't born with a hernia, there is no redness around the area and it doesn't appear to cause him any pain when pressing on that area.

Recently, he has had some general cold symptoms and been very clingy and tired, he has also had a reduced appetite for a few days that I have noticed.

I will get him into the drs on monday but i just wanted to see if anyone had any advice/thoughts? Thanks in advance!File size is too big
