i had hip replacement 2 years ago and my leg aches all the time also swells a bit

Well I totally get it. seems most of us hippies have many different issues connected to hip joint replacement. nothing to impair mobility to seriously in most cases. lots of aches and pains . It's always something. i have had 3 hip joint replacements one hip is over 25 years old and each one was different. im just happy to walk and be able to do daily things. running is out and stooping isnt that great. there are a lot of different adjustments for everyone after THR . its almost like learning to practice mindfulness in some movements after surgery . taking time to think about the movements required for certain chores, exercises or just a simple movement getting up from the floor. its important for many hippies to adjust and navagate thru many daily movements differently as these new shinny hips we all want to last throughout our lifetime.
