2 years on left sided pain under rib and back

Hi 2 years ago I started to get pain on my left rib, felt like constant pain, it then wrapped around the side and then to the back. My stool habit changed, having to have to pass stool several times in a day with very little in quantity. I started feeling really fatigued but I had some private scans done, I have had CT with contrast from top to bottom confirming nothing wrong, that was in 2019, I also had a MRI confirming nothing, I then was told I picked up a tropical virus called Schistosomiasis, I was treated for that. This was discovered during a signoodscopy on a biopsy through the NHS in 2019. They noticed I had inflammation in my colon, following the treatment I then had a colonoscopy and that came back clear of anything. The pain is so bad and all these check ups were done in 2019 as due to Covid its been difficult this year to chase anything up through the hospital.

The pain is only getting worse and I'm getting scared this is some kind of a cancer tumor that's going a miss on previous scans. Fear is pancreas cancer.

I have had ultrasounds done in 2019 showing up nothing.

Pain is 8/10 most times.

I just don't know what to do.

I always feel gassy, I feel zero energy just constantly tired. In the last 1 month lost 1 kg in weight.
