2 years post op; concerns

I've had my Hydrocele surgery on my left teste about 2 years ago and I have three main worries. I asked my urologist about them and he assured it was normal with the surgery.

1. My left testicle is very bumpy, I know it won't be perfectly round because of the scar tissue, but where do you draw the line of it being too bumpy and it being a normal amount of bumpy?

2. Me left testicle is very vey sensitive.

3. Every once in a while I'll get a sharp but very subtle and quick pain in my testicle.

Anyone else experience any of this? I've had 3 ultrasounds and I owe a total of about $4,000 for everything including the surgery. My paranoia is wanting me to believe I have testicular cancer. The urologist did mention there was a very small calcium deposit on my testicle but it's nothing. I'm not trying to go more into debt if I'm just being hyper sensitive/ocd.

Not sure about the sensitivity aspect but my testidle is VERY lumpy as well the back of it feels like a brain would. It's still the size of an egg and I had 2 surgeries the last being a year and a half ago. Doubt it's cancer that doesn't usually hurt and would have shown up on ultrasounds especially if you had 3. Maybe get a second opinion I did but they said it is what it is at this point but maybe another doctor will have some better insight for you

Does it sometimes seem like the post Hydrocele testicle is taking over the normal testicle? Like the normal one is literally being bushes behind the post Hydrocele teste. Mainly when your scrotum shrivels up?

They stitch the testicle to the inside of the scrotum during the procedure so it most likely would push the one that hadn't had surgery on back. I had my right testicle removed as a kid due to torsion (and a stupid Dr who didn't do his job) so I don't have that problem I have a fake one in its place but that too is stitched to the inside of the scrotum. It just looks weird because my left (the one that had the hydrocele) is the size of an egg while my fake right one is the size of a grape (insurance won't cover an adult sized prosthesis which would make things that much less weird looking).
