20 days post op hemerroidectomy rectal prolapse

hi ..suffered with constipation my whole life im 54 ..this lead to severe hemerroids and rectal prolapse ..had general surgeon ..i still have a very large hem left over ..taking miralax nightly ..the pain feels like it will never end ..bowel movements are hell..lost 11 lbs eating fruits smoothies ..soft chicken ..i bathe all day ..when does the pain end ? surgeon said im healing but the sores are hell plus the muscus ..anyone else just finding this depressing ..the pain draining ..i refused the pain meds do to 8 days no BM ..had to use magnesium citrate ..this is hell right now ..i know i needed surgery went in as energency due to hemmorage ..but god when can i see some light at end if the tunnel ??
