Hi Ana, have you had a breast exam and/or seen a gynecologist?

I understand.  Often, I think we make ourselves anxious by looking up symptoms online, especially where diseases like cancer are concerned.  You are young and mentioned having had shoulder pain/injury before.  If it helps, I had a pinched nerve in my neck at age 19 that caused symptoms very similar to yours.  If possible, just to rule out anything serious, and to help your anxiety, it would be good if you could see a gyn or at least a doctor who would check things more thoroughly.  This could involve being referred to a doctor in another town.  If you don't have a family history of breast cancer, and you're otherwise healthy, the odds are good that you are fine, but it's worth getting a better doctor to make sure that all is well.

No Al no one ever had breast cancer in my family before, when the pain under my left scapula got intense i went to a doc he said this is because you've been lifting so much weight and your muscles were weak (i had fever some days before) so it did a long term damage to the muscle under my scapula

I think your right because when i don't concentrate on my pain i don't feel at all but when i do i can feel blood flowing through my breasts too and i freak out on small things i try to take deep breathes but it ain't helping me no more to fight against anxiety

I see.  Just based on what you're saying, it sounds like maybe a combination of your shoulder pain/injury and anxiety.  If you're feeling bad, though, and this is keeping you from being able to go about your normal activities, go back and explain to your doctor.  See if he will provide a better examination or refer you to someone else who will.  I know it can be tough when you are in a small town; my sister was in that situation for many years when she was married and often had to travel to see specialists when she was diagnosed with a lupus-type disorder.  Take care and please post again if you like; I know you are worried but hope that all is going to be fine for you.
