Yes I have a fair few most days. Cycle now 14 days apart, muscle aches, crippling anxiety, itchy skin, low libido, breast pain, hot flushes, headaches...it all seems never ending x

maybe that what it is because both our cycles are close together, have you had your hormones tested? do you get lots of body pain? x

The body pain is awful. My hands, feet, back, sides...pretty much everywhere. I've had mine tested last year and GP said they were normal, but unless there's something else I feel sure I'm in peri. Have you had yours tested? x

yes helen, had it tested 3 times, estrogen always high, one was even in the 800s, i think its funny that doctors say its pointless testing, but if done often enough youll see a pattern, thank god i didnt take the estrogen they offered me, as i said to the doc i thought my estrogen was high as i have allergies, fibrocystic breasts and fibroids, if more tested in early peri they would see estrogen is higher.

      Hi,

I thought my migraine with auras had gone, because a long time went by without me getting one, but I do still get them occasionally...but what I find strange is now I only the aura in 1 eye , where as before I got it in both eyes. I still get a headache most days though 😒
