20+ years with migraines, frustrated and need help desperately

suffering for 20+ years, been to countless doctors, numerous MRI's, tests, sleep studies, etc.. and I am no better off than I was 2 decades ago.. still have more questions than answers and even after diligent record keeping, still have no clue what my triggers are.. the only thing I can say with some degree of certainty is that I believe changes in atmospheric pressure play a role.. the headaches are severely impacting my life.. my ability work, enjoy time off and to just function daily has been greatly impacted, and my quality-of-life has gone down the toilet..

can anyone give me the name of a doctor near me ( I live in Yonkers, NY) that is not just a pill-pushing charlatan that will actually work with me to determine the ROOT cause of my migraines, so I can nip the cause of my headaches in the bud instead of just masking & aborting the issue with medicine.. I am tired, frustrated and have just about lost all faith in the medical system..
