200mg of sertaline and anxiety breaking through again!

Hi all, i have been on a combination of Sertraline and Mirtazapine for nearly 2 years now. Sertraline i have worked up to 200mg about 3 months ago. After every increase i feel good for a few months, sometimes a lot longer but then my anxiety returns and the agitation is just unbearable.

I'm worried about what to do next as i know 200mg is the max for sertraline. I'm only on 15mg Mirt so not sure if that could be increased? I was hoping it was just a blip but it's been pretty bad for about a week now. I do have some new stressors which isn't helping.

Anyone with similar experiences or anyone able to offer any advice/support would be much appreciated. Thanks
