Hi Sammy. I have been on an increase from 20mg to 30mg for 4 days too. I feel a few side effects but not as bad as when I restarted taking them at 20mg. My anxiety and panic was unbearable. It's very likely that a change in dose can make your symptoms worse. For now try to do whatever makes you the most comfortable and phone yoyr Drs first thing in the morning. They may be able to give you something else to help take the edge of while you adjust. I know how you feel and it's worse than anything. I hope this helps and you feel better soon. Deep breaths xxx Jo

Thanks. I'm now weaning off the diazepam. Was on it for 2 weeks. Going to half the dose for a week then go on a quarter. More good days than bad and I definitely feel the mornings are worse. I keep busy and stick to a comfortable routine. I find that helps. Likewise always here if you need to talk xx

Hi. Today is my daughter's 13th birthday so I had to get up and get ready which was good. Had people in and out which was a good distraction and managed to go out for lunch. I like you try to live hour by hour. If I feel bad I say that the next hour it may pass. It's all about retraining the brain and how it reacts to anxiety and panic. I do feel dizziness when I get anxious and feel very tired. The weighted blanket is a heavier blanket to treat anxiety depression insomnia autism and adhd. Google it. it works on grounding your body. Boosting serotonin and decreasing cortisol. I have ordered one. Its 150 quid but if it works it will be worth it. I'll keep you posted and hope you have a good day xx
