20yo SCARED WHITE SPOTS ON MY PENIS UROLOGYST SAID HE CAN ONLY SEE ME IN JULY

i have a new bump on the right side of my penis that feels veiny , i also have new white spots on the tip of my penis that scares me so much, it was extremly itchy couple days ago but stopped after i started cleaning and using coconut cream and oil, but now these new white spots are scaring me. they dont look good in the picture but i can really see them white spots on it.

also close to the tip (hole) of my penis, the skin is not soft, its actually hard and make my pee not straight, makes me pee everywhere.

PLEASE HELP THE UROLOGIST SAID HE CAN ONLY SEE ME IN JULY
