22 and left side chest pains. Please reply

Hello I am 22 years old, I do have GAD ( generalized anixety disorder) I have been doing really good with it and don't let it control my life like I use to let it do a year ago. (Not sure if the anxiety has something to do with my chest pain ) 3 days ago I was cleaning my apartment and went to pick up something off the floor and I got a sharp pain on my left side where I immediately stood up and physically said ouch. After that for a few hours I was having on and off dull chest pain (same area) or like a light pressure feeling. Today is the 3rd day that I am feeling the same pains. Today I didn't feel the sharp sharp pain but just the mild chest pain on and off. Also with that going on if I breathe in and out the pain would be there as well. I know it's not a heart attack because it's the 3rd day and it's not constant it is on and off but does linger on for a few hours.

I have no other symptoms with it except I do feel anxiety and slight painc when I get the pain at first cause I'm like am I having heart problems. Does anyone what it could be or any suggestions ? My doctor doesn't open up until tomorrow and they might not be able to get me in tomorrow. I do get blood work done at a blood work office because I am a new patient at my doctors and they always do blood tests for new patients. I won't know the result until my next appointment in March.

Please if anyone has any suggestions . I really am trying to avoid the ER only because they do go on and off. If it was constant sharp pain I'd be right up there

My best guess is maybe a pulled or strained chest muscle, but I don't know the symptoms of that and when I look up my symptoms so much pops up and alot of it does not sound good at all.
