23 DAYS LATE AND NEGATIVE ON PREGNANCY TEST

So I took an emergency pill on February 8 and I had unprotected sex on February 9. I took half of the emergency pill on February 11 just to be sure. I only took half because I felt nauseous and sick when I took one on February 8. On February 20, I experience mild cramps and bleeding. I believe it's because of the side effects of the emergency pills. The bleeding lasted for 3 or 4 days. I decided to take a pregnancy test on March 2. It was 21 days after I had unprotected sex. It was negative. I had protected sex on March 5. However up until now, I still didn't have my period. I took another pregnancy test on March 26 and it was negative. Should I take another one? Or should I wait? Or consult to the gynecologist immediately? I hope someone answers me, I don't plan on getting pregnant.
