23 y/o female, breast pain and red vein

Hi all. In the recent months, I've been experiencing a lot of pain in my right breast. I got myself to a doctor quickly and was told to get a breast ultrasound. I got in about two weeks later and they didn't find anything; the pain didn't go away however. Now it's been about two months since I've gotten my ultrasound and it's only gotten worse. I have pains under my arm pits, though no lumps. I get pains in both breasts, and just today, I noticed that one of my veins on my right breast is red and raised. I went back to the doctor last week because the pain was continuing; I was told that they didn't know what was wrong and I was referred to a whole list of breast surgeons and specialists. I've made an appointment at the end of the month with a different OBGYN just to get a second opinion, but my anxiety is getting out of hand with what could be going on.
Has anybody experienced this? Sometimes I feel like I can feel new lumps in my breasts, but the doctors I've seen haven't felt anything and didn't find anything when I got my ultrasound. I just want to know if I'm nuts!
Note: I do wear a chest binder, but I have been doing so since I was a freshman in highschool. The pain is persistent whether I am wearing a regular bra, or my binder. So I don't think it's that, and my doctor who gave me the ultrasound said that that wouldn't be the issue.
Let me know yours thoughts! Thank you for reading.

Breasts are lumpy things anyway and its not always easy to tell a normal lumpy breast from something more concerning. However you have had an ultrasound and have been examined and nothing has been found.
Do you have large breasts? Is that why you wear a chest binder? Would a properly fitted bra help? Could the pain be muscular from the weight of your breasts? Do you exercise a lot and its causing pain that way?
The red vein could be an indication of mastitis but I'm sure your doctor would spot that.
You could try taking Evening Primrose oil capsules..they do help with breast discomfort, which is quite common.
I think you must be in the US as in UK we would not see an obgyn for breast problems. A Breast consultant/surgeon would perhaps be more appropriate, but I know you do things differently.
