23 years old and have had this purplish discoloration on head of penis. Any ideas?

Been to a urologist and a dermatologist. I was given lots of creams and ointments and nothing changed or effected the lesion. I have 0 symptoms of anything. I have no pain. No itch. No burn. Normal urination. Nothing makes it better or worse. I have had it for almost a year now. Noticed it in November of 2022image

    mines much more purple doc said it's nothing to worry about
