Hi,i have 24/7 lightheadedness along with right head pressure and sometimes pain infront and right back of the head.i feel the pain when i touch the back side and it makes the dizziness kinda worse. Ive had an accident at work where i cut half of my forearm and had surgery.i had a panic attack 20 days after i was released from hospital. The symptoms were getting worse..minor chest pain, arm numbness and so..i have difficulty concentrating which makes pain or pressure in my forehead and my brain is foggy. I cant sleep the at night for over 1 month now and every morning i wake up stressfull,nervour..mixed emotions.I was diagnosed with anxiety but im always wondering if its some kind of disease

The pressure, pain and dizziness you are feeling in your head might be caused by stress. I get almost the exact same symptoms and I'm quite an anxious person so get stressed quite easily . I started getting panic attacks before all my symptoms started but they went away after a few months. That was 3 years ago and been to numerous specialists but can't seem to diagnose me. I notice that when I'm particularly stressed the head pressure gets worse almost instantly and with that the dizziness gets worse. I also have the 24/7 dizziness too which varies in intensity. I do actually think that chronic stress and anxiety is what started my head problems so could be the same in your case. I hope you find some relief from it soon

Good morning..i was wondering, when you had that accident at work, did you fall? Alot of times our atlas ( 1 vertabre)..goes out of place and can put pressure on the nerves and cause all kind of symptoms..that was my case with my vertigo..

It could be your neck causing the problem. Do a google search for scm muscle issues and trigger points. See if those symptoms match up
