Although it's unconfortable. An increased heart rate from anxiety is harmless. As long as you have no heart problems. Racing heart from anxiety is caused by surges of adrenaline. Don't be afraid of excersise. This will help use up the adrenaline and excersise has been proven to help with anxiety. My dr and psychologist have both told me when ever I get that anxious feeling and racing heart to get up and move. It doesn't have to be a strenuous work out 20-30 minute walks a day will help so much!

I know health aniexity is horrible but just remember that you are healty and you dont have a problem with your heart. If you are really woried do all the tests for the heart (ecgs and all the other stuff) and if that is okay then you are fine

I too suffer from health anxiety but mines, with all niggle and pain it's a horrible way to live but I'm trying to carry on..

I've also just lost 4 stone in the past year with slimming world so this should make me feel amazing bit sometimes I think if I.were still fat I'd feel normal. I know my size has nothing to do with how I feel as I've felt this way for 18 years so it's normal for me!!

You've had the tests amd your fine...just remember that your OK. I give myself a time barrier if nothing has happened to me in 30 mins I'll be. Fine it's like a safety barrier for me.

    Take care
