25 y/o male chronic chest pain

Hello all,

I developed chest pain that lasts all day, every day, for about the past 3 months, I have been given meloxicam which did nothing, tylenol/ibuprofen do nothing. All tests that I have had have been negative, and I don't feel like I have anxiety. Antiacids do not do anything either, and sometimes I feel nauseous.

Sometimes during the day I also get dizzy, and feel like I have symptoms of low blood sugar, but those blood tests have also come back normal.

Has anyone had anything like this before?

    do you drink anything with soya in strange question but i had constant chest pain for 15 months it sent me to hospital 4 times ecerything was always negative it was so severe not a second without out ,i had changed from milk to soya 4 weeks before it started i never ever thought it was that but it was after 2 weeks of stopping it was gone just shows you

    What type of chest pain are you getting? Where about is it? Is it sharp, dull, burning or crushing?
