    Hi Leahe

Yes . Every increase will cause anxiety. But ..   it sounds like you are doing VERY GOOD ! Hang in there . This is a slow working medication.  So many have trouble with several things ... including me.. but I think you are going great !    Hang in there .

You doing good. Side effects can be really horrid. I started in dec on 25mg to 50mg to 75mg to 100mg and then jumped to 150mg by passing 125mg. I have felt shocking for the most part of every increase especially at 150mg. Doc reduced me to 125mg and i woke up feeling loads better. Less sweaty...better bum..lol..and virtually no anxiety. I can't believe it. I have felt so bad for so long Id forgotten what normal felt like. I'm not there yet but walked about 200 yards outside yesterday and i drove to local shop and actually went in today and bought stuff. It sounds so pathetic to say how proud I am of myself for doing things that other people take for granted but I've hardly been out of the house since last year. Here's hoping 125mg is my required dose. I know people on this forum who have had sertraline success say you will know when you find the right dose for you. Fingers crossed for tomorrow ..Im not counting my chickens quite yet. Keep up the fight fellow sufferers and hang on in there

      Debra

I saw slight improvements at 50 mg and then again at every increase

I was having continuous panic attacks ..i couldn't even have a bath or shower without ending up on the floor. I have anxiety and burn out. I am not depressed. The full blown panic attacks stopped when I was on about 75mg but have still had anxiety. Felt like I couldn't breath properly and my energy drained away and sort of pushed me onto the floor. This has now not happened to me for 2 days.

It has been a slow process . Started mid December.

I hope to god Im on the mend.

This forum has been a godsend. Could do with people still posting after they feel better though ad that would help us people who are still battling.

      Hello Zoloft Friends!

I have also been on 50 mg for 5 weeks now and I do feel so much better! I am so glad that all of us seem to be on the mend as well. My issue now is that I am able to fall asleep but wake up several times throughout the night. Does anyone have this going on as well??

I also wake up a few times too. I do fall back usually with no problem.. I am hoping my new dose of 100mg will be the right dose. Its been a bumpy ride! Just wanna consistently feel better as the rest of us all do.

Hi I started off on 100 mg sertraline which didn't help at all.  Then it was increased to 150 mg and it was a totally different story.  I feel much better than I did and have been on them for years now.

I hope they help you as much.  x
