28M White spots on my pharynx, anything concerning?

Posted , 2 users are following.

28 year old male, history of acid reflux. Don't smoke or drink.

I have some small white spots on my pharynx and one on my tonsil, they are painless and not really causing any concerns, they have been there for at least a year. Two Dentists have looked at my mouth in general and weren't that concerned.

Photo 1 (They are clumped on the right hand side of the Pharynx but they are not just there), also look at the left tonsil a small one is there.

I have no other symptoms, sometimes I get a mild sore throat due to acid reflux and some breathing issues, I have a feeling these are somehow related to the acid reflux, but looking online I cannot find anyone who has anything similar to this, so I'm confused what it is and if I should be concerned or not.
