2nd time on Sertraline, will it work like it did the 1st time?

Hi everyone, was on 50mg of sertraline for 3 years for anxiety and tapered off last year and all went well. Was off them for 6 months and felt good but before Xmas, anxiety and low mood came back with a vengeance. Went to docs and straight back to 50mg and have completed 4 weeks today. 1-2 weeks was crippled with anxiety and depression and feeling sick, seems to have subsided not but still feel really low and anxiety spikes in morning. Am kinda still functioning but still feel down and anxious, am working from home still so that helps not having to commute and go to office and I have to drive to drop kids to school in morning but thats causing me to be extremely anxious driving.

Would anyone have any experience on starting up 2nd time around? Last time I started I felt leveled out after 3 weeks but worried now these will not work now.

Thanks everyone
