So I am currently abroad in Thailand and just arrived a week ago. Three days ago I noticed a rash on my left shoulder. It does not hurt unless I touch it but I am still worried as I have never had anything like this before. What could it be?

looks like skin eczema to me. have doc prescribe best cream available. shower often. benedril spray for itching.
