3 days off SERTRALINE and Olanzapine at once, it's about you're attitude against the pain

i am off sertraline and olanzapine at once "cold turkey" ,1 week passed, i didn't sleep the first day, the second day I was about to give up and takes my pills,then i remembered that i had too many "extreme" depersonalization/ derealization episodes in the past,and when i say "extreme" you can't imagine what that's feels like,it's like experience death without dying,so when i remembered that i slept 8 hours after 1 day without sleep,so think about it that way : grow up and bear the temporary pain or allow the medications to destroy your authenticity and eat your humanity
