i couldnt sleep last night , my body feels like if it has fire , im so anxious and so afraid of tonights

    Try not to worry if you can x it's one of them things where you will find sleeping harder than others on these tablets x easier said than done though I know. X try to make sure you are in a relaxed environment and it's tidy too have a relaxing bath before you go to bed and just try to be as relaxed as you can. It should help a little. It's hard starting these tablets x can I ask what time you take your tablet?
