3 days or is it 6 I lost track, feeling awful!

This whole last week I’ve literally had very little energy and no appetite.  When I make myself eat I can hear my tummy gurgling afterwards.  Yesterday I had diarrhea All day!   Today again no energy no appetite.  I’m on 75 mgs since August 19, my doctor suggested I upped the dose!??  My thoughts are to LOWER the dose! I also started a Keto /very low carb diet weeks ago but only recently got very serious about it so not sure if maybe it’s from that though I’ve done Keto before and never felt this awful for this long.  Any thoughts please!

Also to add my anxiety has decreased so much that I’ve been out doing things but with worsening energy loss I can’t do it.

I do know that this med will mess with your stomach for some people and also your appetite and diarrhea. But that it was pass. As too energy i had very little in the beginning. If your anxiety is lower then before I would say that its starting to work. There will be good and bad days , but eventually it will be alot more good days and a bad day thrown in just to keep you on your toes lol. Hope this helped some

I too was unbelievably tired to the point of collapsing if I did anything mildly strenuous like hoovering ..going upstairs was a mission and baths and showers left me sitting on the bathroom floor feeling drained dizzy with palpitations.

I had diorrhea every morning which was so bad I had to go for colonoscopy. ..which was clear.

I started to feel better at around 100mg.

I went back to work at 150mg.

I have remained on this dose and am tons better. I have my moments still but it's usually if I'm tired or if I've taken my med late!

I am so glad I stuck it out and wish you all the best with this slow working med
