3 hard white/grey bumps under head of penis. Not painful or itchy

Have been in relationship for approx 3 years. only have had sexual contact with this person. both have had STI checks which came back clear.

had sex last week, the day after head of penis was irritated/red/ tickling feeling

(daktarin an anti fungal cream seemed to help the irritation)

noticed these bumps under my foreskin, no pain or irritation now but they are hard and can feel them when erect.

im not sure if i have had these forever and i am only hyper aware now.image
