been on fluoxtene for just over 3 months, i am constantly tired and have stomach issues as flactulence and stomach pain, is this related?

Hey I too am 3 months in and I m all the time tired as hell getting up to do a simple task or just pick up a remote feels a struggle sometimes how is your mental health now has it improved after 3 months, my anxiety had decreased by 30% but depression has got a little worse. I dont know whether to stick with it or just give it up. I do get tension headaches because of it too and muscle tension. My days are up and down still it hasnt got stable yet.
