Get a Dr note as not got full range yet. Being on your feet will be exhausting. Do what physio says and Dr says as you may not be ready to work. Chicco on here gives great advice.

It takes 12months to really feel normal. Perhaps try staggered days or reduced hours just to get used to being back in the workplace. Is there any environmental adaptations such as appropriate seating, more rest breaks, someone else or a trolley to carry stuff etc that might help with returning to work?

Take it steady. Keep doing your ex. Ice, rest and elevate. Good luck.

You really need 120 degrees to be considered " functional"...but even this is limiting. Depending on where your pain is coming from....it could also be nerve damage that occurred during the surgical process. I didn't realize this was my problem until week 11.
